Foxborough Public Schools Professional Development Team is hosting the D-W January 21, 2022 PD day Getting What You Need to Succeed with MTSS.. All morning topics are on the schedule that was sent through your school e-mail. Please make your selections for afternoon choice sessions,
The day begins at 8:30 AM and sessions end at 2:30 PM with a one-hour break for lunch.

Limited Capacity filling up

Differentiating language and literacy acquisition from disability can be a challenge. When an EL student is suspected of having a learning challenge, educators must determine whether the student is going through the regular process of acquiring and learning English, or whether the student has a learning disability interfering with his/her progress. This session will provide tools and support teachers attempting to distinguish between a disability and a language difference in their EL students.
